Just For Fun

Ok, I'll admit I voted for Bush/Cheney twice. I even worked on their campaigns. Anyway, I just thought this was hysterical. It reminded me of yesterday when I heard on the news that troops had stopped a convoy of aid workers in Georgia. I was shocked that these aid workers were held up for hours until they were forced to turn around and leave without dropping off the aid supplies they were trying to deliver in Georgia. Now mind you, there have been all these hurricanes running through lately, and I was thinking it was hurricane aide. Too funny. I myself fell prey to the Georgia mix up.

LOL I love the cartoon, and I love your story. I work with a woman, who does not ever watch the news, but she had heard some coworkers talking about Russia, being in Georgia. She asked me, why are we letting Russia, in Georgia. At first I didnt know she was thinking it was our Georgia, and started to explain the situation. She said yes, but isnt that a little close? Then I understood, that she didnt understand. We had a good laugh, when I explained it to her.

The cartoon is priceless. Not a lot of Americans know about Georgia. I had people coming up to me and telling me Russia invaded the US.
